  • Go to your Strikingly Dashboard by clicking on the tab at the top left corner of your screen once you have successfully logged in.
  • Click on “EMAILS” that should appear below the Dashboard tab when you click on it, and then click on the green button on the top right of the screen that says “ADD EMAIL ACCOUNT”.
  • Then you will have to fill in the information asked for in the short form provided on screen.
  • When creating your email address, keep in mind that you can only add letters, numbers, periods, and hyphens. If you try to add any other kind of special characters, then you will receive an error message as these are not supported by the Strikingly platform.
  • At the bottom of the short form, there will be a green button that says “PURCHASE EMAIL ACCOUNT”, you need to click on that to be redirected to the billing page.
  • As the system performs its tasks to create your email address, your chosen email address will have a pending status in front of it.
  • After you wait for a few minutes, your new custom email address will officially be ready, and you will know the login information will be sent to your selected email address of choice.
  • Now you need to go to the email address you entered while doing the registration for your new email address.
